This tutorial from the Point Prox Video Series is the first of a multi-part series that will explore the execution of the MS Project 2016 scheduling formula. The execution and management of this scheduling formula is one of the things that makes Project more than just a spreadsheet with some fancy drawing tools. The formula controls how durations, work, and resource usages are calculated. Learning the Microsoft Project scheduling formula can be mysterious, frustrating, and confusing until you get completely comfortable with how it works in practice.
