April 20, 2017 by Alvin Lewis Leave a Comment

Review of the MS Project Scheduling Formula is the third part in the Point Prox Video Series concerning the subject. This episode will explore the concept of Microsoft Project’s Tasks Types and how you can use the feature to make managing schedule calculations easier. Task Types control how Microsoft Project will calculate the scheduling formula when changes are made to elements of a task that impact the formula. Correctly determining the Task Type will help to ensure that changes will be reflected in the project schedule in the way you expect.
